The AdoptMeApp is a game changer for shelter animals. This powerful tool gives those of us who know the animals best the opportunity to be their voice, to show the public their personalities, and to help people envision how they can be wonderful companions in the home and outside of their cages/kennels. The AdoptMeApp gives its users the chance to be creative and feel pride in telling these animals’ stories and helping find them good homes. Words really cannot express the joy us volunteers take in building — and sharing — the shelter animals’ AdoptMeApp diaries. We see everyday how it helps find animals homes, and gives us the opportunity to learn from each other and find joy in advocating for shelter animals.

The AdoptMeApp is amazing — it gives the public a chance to see the animals in their everyday lives, and gives them a better idea about the character and activity levels of the animal. It is a great platform to promote the animals and help them find their forever homes. It is also so easy for staff, volunteers and foster carers to use, and takes no time at all to snap and upload a photo for the day.

The great part about the AdoptMeApp is that the people who spend the most time with the animals get to showcase their true natures. A dog who is a mess in his kennel can be a great guy out for a walk or playtime. Kittens that I have fostered can have their personalities described via the app — not every kitty is a lap cat, or a kitty that likes dogs.Dogs who are potty trained, are great on leash, or that do tricks can have that posted on their shelter pet profile page in the AdoptMeApp diary. Anything cute or positive can help these animals find a home. This additional info helps adopters.

I so appreciate this application – AdoptMeApp – as a tool to help showcase and market shelter dogs to a wider audience using pictures I take with short captions. It’s easy to add to your phone, easy to become a user/set up your account, and super easy to use! Customer and application support is excellent, and immediate response to questions or requests is excellent. This is a superb tool for helping animals in shelters and rescues worldwide find their #ForEverHome and #ForEverFamilies!

The AdoptMeApp is so useful when promoting our adoptable animals. It gives us an opportunity to showcase the animals personality, such as Diesel playing with his ball, as well as to feature other things that may make them more adoptable, such as Smokey attending our dog training school. We also encourage our volunteers to use the app to show our animals enjoying time out of the shelter environment such as Keats having a great time at a local brewery. This helps people imagine all the adventures they can experience when adopting our beautiful animals. The AdoptMeApp lets people see our adoptables not as shelter animals but as their newest family member.
I have selected three posts to demonstrate why I love the AdoptMeApp so much.
